RESOLUTION #136
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, ABANDONING CERTAIN
STREET WORK IN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach
do resolve as follows;
Section 1 . That that certain street work, commenced
by and described in Resolution No. 124 of the City of
Huntington Beach, entitled "A resolution of intention of the
Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California,
declaring their intention to improve a portion of Olive Avenue
in the said City of Huntington Beach," is hereby abandoned.
Seca 2. That that certain street work, commenced by
and described in Resolution No. 125 of the City of Huntington
Beach, entitled "A Resolution of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, declaring their intention to improve a portion of
Walnut Avenue in the said City of Huntington Beach," is here-
by abandoned .
Sec . 3. The City Clerk pro tem of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach shall certify to the passage of this resolution,
and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in
the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach,
California, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect
and be in force.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the
City of Huntington Beach, California.

I, W. D. Seely, City Clerk pro tern of the City of
Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk pro tem of the
Board of Trustees of said City, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by said Board of
Trustees and attested by the City Clerk pro tern of said City,
at a regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held on the
18th day of July, 1910, and that said resolution was adopted
by the following vote:
AYES: Helme, Stewart, French, Manning, Seely
