Moved by Seely, seconded by Stewart, that the fol-
lowing Resolution (to be numbered No. 146)
Resolved that J. C. 'fountain be and hereby is ap-
pointed to the office of City Engineer of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, be adopted .

Be it Resolved by the Board of City Trustees of
the City of Huntington Beach that the protest of Mary A.
Wooster and Emma A. Hibbard be and hereby by is denied .
