A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF `THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO
I .'IPROVE A PORTION OF INDIANAPOLIS STREET
IN_THE SAID CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH.
Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Huntington Beach:
That the entire width of the roadway of Indianapolis
Street is said City, from the West line of Hampshire Avenue
to the East line of Right of way of the S. P. Railroad, in-
cluding all intersections of streets , (excepting such portions
of said streets and intersections of streets as are required by
law to be kept in order or repair by any person or -company
having railroad tracks thereon, and also excepting such portions
as have already been graded and sanded and oiled to the official
line and accepted) , be graded, sanded and oiled to the official
grade in accordance with the plans, profiles and cross-sections
for said work on file in the office of the City Engineer of
said City, said plans , profiles and cross-sections being; numbered
No. 27; and in further accordance with :specifications for grad-
ing, sanding and oiling streets in the City of Huntington Beach
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, said Speci-
fications being numbered No . 6 as adopted by Ordinance No.73
of said City, which said plans, profiles, cross-sections and
specifications are hereby referred to for a more particular
description of said wort.

Section 2. The Street Superintendent shall post notice
of this word as required by law. - Her shall also cause said
notice to be published by two insertions in the Huntington
Beach News, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in
said City of Huntington Beach, which is hereby designated
by said Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach
as the newspaper in which said notice shall be published by
said Street Superintendent. .
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution of Intention and shall post the same conspicu-
ously for two (2) days on or near the council chamber door of
said Board. He shall also cause the same to be published by two
Insertions in the Huntington Beach �Telvs , a weekly newspaper
ublished and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach, and
hereby designated by the Board of Trustees of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach for that purpose.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Huntington Beach this 27th day of February, 1911.

A Resolution of Intention of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California,
Declaring their intention to improve a portion of
Indianapolis Street in the said City of Huntington
Beach.
Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the
City of Huntington Beach:
That the entire width of the roadway of Indian-
