RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 230. Pr
RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach to order the follow-
ing work to be done and improvement to be made in. said city,
t.o wit:
(a) That Geneva Street in said city from a, line
nine (9) feet West of the center line of Delaware Avenue to
a line twenty (20) feet East of the Center line of Alabama
Avenue be paved, guttered, crowned, graded, capped and oiled
to the official grade thereof under Specifications No. 6 of
Ordinance No. 111 of said city.
(b) That cement curbs be constructed at grade
along both sides of Geneva Street in said city from the West
line of Delaware Avenue to the East line of Alabama Avenue
( excepting such portions of said Delaware Avenue between said
points along which a cement curb has already been constructed
and now is to the official line and grade) in accordance with
Specifications No. 1, as adopted by Ordinance No. 28 of said
City of Huntington Beach, on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City; and in further accordance with the plans,
profiles and cross-sections for said work on file in the
office of the City Engineer of said City; said plans, profiles
and cross-sections being numbered No. 102; to which sneci-
fications, plans, profiles and cross-sections reference is
hereby made for a more particular description of said work.
The said curb shall be so constructed that the outer

city and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of
Trustees.
The Street Superintendent shall immediately cause
to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated
work and improvement and in front of all the property liable
to be assessed, notices of the passage of this Resolution of
Intention in the manner and form required by lavq,.
All of the herein proposed work shall be done in
pursuance of an act of the Legislature of the State of
California, designated as the "Improvement Act of 1911"
approved April 7, 1911 , and amendments thereto.
