Moved by Seely, seconded by French that Resolution
No. 234, Resolved that C. H. Howard is hereby granted
permission to construct a cement gutter at corner of Walnut
Ave and Eleventh Street as follows: 75 feet on Eleventh
Street and 117k feet on Walnut Ave.

Moved by French, seconded by Helme, that Resolution
No. 235 "Resolved that the sum of $275 .00 be and hereby is
ordered to be transferred from the General fund to the
Music and Promotion fund in the funds of the City of
