RESOLUTION No. 242
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
RUSH M. BGODGET, AS CITY ATTORNEY, AND EX-
PRESSING APPRECIATION OF HIS SERVICES AS
CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, City Attorney Rush M. Blodget, has tendered
his resignation as City Attorney of Huntington Beach, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Blodget has served the City of Huntington
Beach in the capacity of City Attorney, for a period of three
years, just passed, in a most capable, competent and effi-
cient manner, and has always labored unceasingly and untiringly
in behalf of this City,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of Trus-
tees of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby accept the
resignation of Rush M. Blodget as City Attorney, and
That, this Board of Trustees, does hereby extend its
most ernest appreciation to Mr. Blodget for the most valuable
services, assisstance and counsel rendered to this City and
Board during his term of office, and the City Clerk of the
City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to transmit
a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Blodget, and also
to cause the same to be Oublished by one insertion inthe
Huntington Beach News.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the
City of Huntington Beach on the lst day of April, 1912.
