Moved by Rosenberger, seconded by French, that the
following Resolution No. 248 "Be it Resolved that S . A.
Moore be and hereby is appointed to the office of City
Recorder of the City of Huntington Beach, California," be
adopted.

following Rsolution No. 249, "Be it Resolved, That S. M.
Davis be and hereby is appointed to the office of City
Attorney of the City of Huntington Beach, California,"
be adopted .
