That the public interest and convenience re- 16 , � quire and that It is the intention of the Board of Trustees of r, Z1 the said City of Huntington Beach to order the following T,.,ork 18 to be done , to wit : 19 I (a) That cement curbs be constructed at grade along the 1 20 Kest side of Delaware Avenue in said City from the North line of i 21 '� Geneva Street extending one hundred and eight (108) feet North- 22 erly (excepting such portions of said Delaware Avenue between 23 said points along which a cement curb has already been construct- i 24 ed and now is to the official line and grade) in accordance with* 25 1 Specifications No. 1 as adopted by Ordinance No. 28 of said City 26 of Huntington Beach , on file in the office of the City Clerk of 27 said City; and in further accordance with the plans, profiles and 28 cross-sections for said work on file in the office of the City j II 29 Engineer of said City, said plans , profiles :and cross-sections 30 being numbered No; 33; to which specifications, plans, profiles 31 and cross-sections reference is hereby made for a more partic- 32 ular description of said work. l! l 1 The said curbs shall be so constructed that the outer edge 2 of the horizontal surface thereof shall be on a line in said • 3 street thirteen and thirty-three hundredths (13.33) feet from lil and parallel to the property line of the abutting property of 5 said street. 6 (b) That a cement sidewalk five feet in width be con- l 7 '� structed along said Delaware Avenue in said City from the North 8 Line of Geneva Street, North along said Delaware Avenue a I 9 distance of One Hundred Eight ( 108) feet (excepting such portionsi i 10 of said Delaware Avenue in said distance along which a cement 11 sidewalk of such width has already been constructed and now is 12 to the official line and grade) , according to Specifications j i 13 No. 2 adopted by Ordinance No. 29 of the said City of Huntington 14 ! Beach for the construction of cement sidewalks in the said City 15 of Huntington Beach, on file in the office of the City Clerk 16 1 of said City; and in further accordance with the plans, profiles 17 and cross-sections for said rork now on file in the office of is the City Engineer of said City, said plans, profiles and cross- . j 19 sections being numbered No. 33; to which specifications, plans, 20 ! profiles and cross-sections reference is hereby made for a more 21 particular description of said work, the same, together with the 22 One Hundred Eight (108) feet of curb parallel thereto to be paid 23 for out of the General .Fund of the said City of Huntington Beach. , 2 resolved 4 Section 2.
