6 City, and pro7idiin►g that the proposed work be done
7 under the provisions of an act of the Legislature
g of the State of California, providing for work upon
9 and the construction of sidewalks and curbing with-
to in Municipalities, approved March 1.8, 1685.

13 The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntii ton Beach do
14 Ij resolve as follows
15 Section 1. That the pub )_ic interest and convenience re-
1b quire and that it is the intention of the Board. of Tristees, of

the said City of Huntington Beach to order the following work to
18 Ii be done, to grit
19 (a) That cement curbs be constructed at rade along the
20 North aide of said Genova, Street from the West line of Delaware
21
Avenue to the Nast line of the alley in Block Seven hundred and
22 Y ur (704) of the Vista del far Tract, including the return. at
23 i the Northwest corner of Geneva Street and. Delaware Avenue (ex-
24 cepting such portions, of said Geneva Street between said points
25 a long which a'cement curb has already been constructed and now
26 is to the official line and grade) in accordance with Speai-
27 fica.ti.ons No. 1 as adopted by Ordim ee No. 28 of said City of
Huntington beach for the cons to ti on of cement curbs in the
29 said, City of Huntington Beach, on file in the office of the City
30 � Clerk of said City and in further accordance with the plans,

profiles and cross-sections for said work on file in the office

4 The said curbs shrill be so constructed that the outer edge
5 'j of the horizontal surface thereof shall 'be on a line in said
6 street ten (10) feet from and parallel to the property line of
7 the abutting property of said Street.
8 (b) Tba,t a cement sidewalk five (5) feet in width be
9 constructed along the North side of sand Geneva Street from. the

10 West line of Delaware Avenue to the east line of the alley in �

23 being numbered No. 35; to which specifications, plans, profiles

31 Section 2. It is hereby resolved by said Board of Trustees
32 of said City of Huntington Bea , by this resolution. that the �
