The Board of Trustees of the Cite of Huntington Beach,
California., hereby resolves as fo?lo,Rrs:
That whereas , the 3oard of Trustees of the City of Hunting-
ton ' each, California, did on the 27th day of Illarch, 1915, nass a
Resolution of Intention, No. 263, to order the hereinafter describ-
ed work to be done and improvement to be me-de in said, City, which
Resolution of Intention was duly and le;l"ally published, as requir-
ed by lasT, and as appears by the a:.f'fidavit of J. J. Conrad, now on
file in the office .,-If the City Clerk of said- City; and whereas,
notices of the passa �;e n6 � dor)tion of said Resolution of Intent-
ion, No. 263, headed, �'i�'otice of Improvement" were duly and legG_lly
.posted along the line of said contemplated irork and improvement
and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor in the
formand. manner, as required by law, izm>ediately after the adopt-
ion of sai� Resolution of Intention, as appears by the affidavit
of J. Tinsley, Street Superintendent of said.. City of Huntington
each, who upon the completion of the posting of said .notices
forthwith filed said affidavit in the ofl'ice of the City Clerk of
saidi City, raa.kin� oath th_t he comoleted the oostin;� of said noti-
ces of improvement on the 23rd day of April, 1915; and
whereas, 1,iore than fifteen days have expired since the date of the
second publication of said Resolution of Intention and the date of
the completion of the posting of spid notices of improvement; and
