The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do hereby resolve, as follows: Resolved, t":at whereas the Board of Trustees of said City of Huntington Beach did on tcie llth day of October, 1915, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 277, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be mnade in said City of Huntington Beach, which Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published as required by law, as appears by the affidavl of Jas. J. Conrad, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach; and whereas, notices of the -,)as,oa`e of said Resolution of Intention No. 277 , headed Notices of Improve m.ent were duly and leg .11y .hosted by the Street Superintendent of said City along the line of said contemplated work and improvement and. in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, in form and manner as required by law, immediately after the public,.=.tion of said Resolution of Intention, as ap,?ears by the affidavit of J.
