The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, Cal- ifornia, do hereby resolve, as follows: Resolved, that whereas the Board of Trustees of said City of Huntington .Beach did on the lst day of Nov. , 1915, pass its Reso- lution of Intention No. 280 to order the hereinafter described 'cork to be done and improvements to be made in said City of Hunting- ton Beach, which Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published as required by laTAr, as appears by the affidavit of Jas. J. Conrad, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Hunting'-Ion Bleach; and whereas, notices of the -)assage of s_.id Reso- lution of Intention ''o. 280, headed Notice of Improvement were duly and legally posted by the Street Su:oerintendent of said City along the line of said centemplated rrork and improvement and in front of all t_ie property liable to be assessed therefor, in form and man- ner as required by law, immediately after the publication of said Resolution of Intention, as ap1-)ea.rs by the affidavit of J.
