ORNIA, CLOSING UP, VACATING, AND ABANDONING FOR STREET, ALLEY OR PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN STREETS, AVENUE$, BOULEVARD AND ALLEYS IN PORTIONS OF WESLEY HEIGHTS IN THE CITY OF HUNTING- TON BEACH, CALIFORNIA. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California SECTION I. That the Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California, hereby closes up, vacates and abandons for street, alley and other public purposes, the Boulevard, Avenues, Streets and Alleys described as follows: (a) That portion of Sixteenth Street, so called, lying between Blocks 915 and 916, Wesley Heights, as shown on the Map of said Wesley Heights recorded in Book 4, page 23, of Miscellaneous Maps, Orange County Records, and e x- tending from the westerly production of the northerly line of said Block 915 Wesley Heights to the westerly production of the curve of seven hundred eleven and thirteen one- hundredths feet radius forming the southerly boundary line of said Block 915 Wesley Heights. _ t 1 (b) That portion of Eighteenth Street extending from the northeasterly line of Palm Avenue to the southerly line of Edgeware Boulevard, as shown on the said Map of Wesley Heights, as above recorded. (o) That portion of Nineteenth Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights, as above recorded, extending from the northeasterly line of Palm Avenue to the southerly line of Crest Avenue; and also the extension of said street lying between Blocks 917 and 1018, and Blocks 919 and 1019, as shown on said Hap of Wesley Heights, from the northerly line of Crest Avenue to the southwesterly line of Wesley Avenue as shown on said Map of 'Wesley Heights. (d) All of that certain named or unnamed Street lying between Blocks 1017 and 1018 Wesley Heights and ex- tending from the northerly line of Loma Avenue to the south- westerly line of Wesley Avenue, as is shown on said Map of Wesley Heights. (e) That portion of Twentieth Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the northeast- erly line of Palm Avenue to the southwesterly line of Oak Avenue; and also that portion of Twentieth Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights lying between Blocks 819 and 920 Wesley Heights and extending from the easterly line of Edgeware Boulevard to thesterly line of Crest Avenue. (f) That portion of Twenty-first Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the north- easterly line of Palm Avenue to the southwesterly line of 2, Oak Avenue; also that portion of Twenty-first Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from that certain named or unnamed Street lying between Blocks 820 and 921 and Block 821, to the southwesterly line of Wesley Avenue. (g) That portion of Twenty-second Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the north- easterly line of Palm Avenue to the southwesterly line of Oak Avenue; and also that certain named or unnamed Street as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights lying between Blocks 820 and 921 and Block 821 and extending from the northeast- erly line of Oak Avenue to the southeasterly line of Twenty- third Street. (h) Oak Avenue from the southeasterly line of Twenty-third Street to the southwesterly line of Edgeware Boulevard, as shown on the Map of said Wesley Heights. (i) That portion of Edgeware Boulevard as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights, and extending from the south- easterly line of Twenty-third Street to the northwesterly , line of Seventeenth Street; and also that portion of Edgeware Boulevard as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extend- ing from the southeasterly line of said Seventeenth Street to the line of Sixteenth Street as now established, said boundary line of Sixteenth Street as now established being the extension of the southeasterly line of Block 716 north- erly to an intersection with the boundary line between Lots 4 and 6, Block 816 extended westerly. 3. i Q) That portion of Crest Avenue as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the southwesterly line of Wesley Avenue to the northwesterly line of Seven- teenth Street; and also that portion of Crest Avenue as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the southeasterly line of Seventeenth Street 'b the extension westerly of the curve of seven hundred eleven and thirteen one-hundredths feet radius forming the southerly boundary line of Block 915 of Wesley Heights, as above recorded. (k) That portion of Loma Avenue as shown on said Map of Wesley Heights, and extending from the northwesterly line of Seventeenth Street to the easterly line of that certain named or unnamed Street lying between Blocks 917 and 1018 and Block 919 of said Wesley Heights; and also that portion of Loma Avenue as, shown on said Map of Wesley Heights and extending from the southeasterly line of Seventeenth Street southeasterly to the southerly extension of the east- erly line of Block 1016 of said Wesley Heights, as above re- corded. (1) That portion of that certain Alley in Block 716 of said Wesley Heights and shown on the Map of said Wes- ley Heights, as above recorded, and extending from the northeasterly line of Palm Avenue northeasterly, from the extension of the northeasterly line of Lot 3 of said Block 716 Wesley Heights northeasterly to its intersection with the Alley running northwesterly through said Block 716 of said 'Wesley Heights. 4. • (m) All of those certain Alleys as shown of the aforesaid Map of Wesley Heights recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 4, page 23, Orange County Records, as situated and being in Blocks Numbers 717, 718, 719,720, 7212722,816, 817,819, 820,821,915,916,917,919,920, 921,1016, 101811019,101-00. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach, California, and approved by the President of said Board, this 24th day of Febrary, 1922. Ed.
