RESOLUTION
NO. 386
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, ORDER-
ING BONDS TO BE DELIVERED TO CONTRACTOR.
WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the City of
Huntington Beach has duly advertised the sale of certain ire-
n rovement bonds issued under the "Improvement Bond Act of
1915" to represent unpaid assessments levied for certain work
done and improvement made on Second Street and other streets
in said City, under Resolution of Intention No. 365 and
in pursuance of a reassessment made under the Vrooman Act,
and
WHEREAS, No bids have been received and the time
for receiving bids has passed and it appearing to this Board
inadvisable to rea.dvertise for bids,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, DETER11INED AND DECLARED that
the said bonds, and all of then►, shall be delivered to the
estate of Geo. F. Pennebaker, deceased, said Geo. F. Penne-
baker being the assignee of record of the contractor Steele
Finley in consideration of the sum due to the estate of
Geo. F. P ennebaker, deceased, as the assignee of said con
tractor upon the reassessment and warrant.
