OF ELECTION.
IFEREAS, a. general municipal election was "field and
conducted in the City of Huntington Beach., on 7onday, the
12th Jay of Aril, 1926, as required by lay*i, and
WHEREAS, it appears that notice of said election
was duly and legally given, that voting precincts were pro-
perly established, that election officers were a pointed" and
election sunnlies furnished, and th:pt in all respects said
election held and conducted and the votes cast thereat
received and canvassed, and the returns thereof, made and
declared in time , form and manner as required by the gener-

at the council chamber of the Board on 7onda,y, the loth
day of April, 106, to canvass the returns of said election

law, to be as hereinafter stated, now therefore,
