RESOLUTIONI FIXING BUS STOPS 0111T THE
CITY STREETS OF THE CITY OF HUNTING-
TON BEACH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DO RE-
SOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, "VHEREAS, pursuant to Section 32 of Ordin-
ance No. 322 of the City of Huntington Beach, entitled
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
RELATING TO All'1!) REGULATING TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND -REPEALING
ALL ORDIR'ANCES INCONSISTENT HERE-
WITH"
The Chief of Police of said City has designated
the followind described places in the City of Huntington
Beach as bus stops and requested the City Council to pass
a resolution determining the same so to be,
N O W T H E R E F O R E,
BE IT RESOLVED:
That a bus stop is hereby determined to be at
that place on Ocean Avenue commencing at the southeasterly
line of Fifth Street and extending thence southeasterly a
distance of thirty-five (35) feet along the northeasterly
side of Ocean Avenue; and also at that place on Ocean
Avenue commencing at the point of intersection of the pro-
longation of the southeasterly line of Fifth Street with
the southwesterly side of Ocean Avenue, and extending
thence southeasterly a distance of thirty-five (35) feet
along the line of Ocean Avenue.
Also at that place on Fifth Street commencing at
the point of intersection of the southeasterly line of
Fifth Street with the northeasterly line of Ocean Avneue,
and extending thence thirty-five (35) feet northeasterly
along said southeasterly line of Fifth Street; also at that
place on Fifth Street commencing at the point of Intersec-
tion of the northwesterly line of Fifth Street with the
northeasterly line of Ocean Avenue, and extending thence
thirty-five (35) feet northeasterly along said northwest-
erly line of Fifth Street.
BE IT FURTTIMR RESOLVED:
That said places be marked by yellow lines and painted
with the letters "BUS STOP. "
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach this 8th day of April, 1929.
