A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH CALIFORNIA
FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE SAID CITY
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1933-1934
7-HEREAS, the assessed valuation of the taxable
property of the City of Huntington Beach, California, as
assessed by the City Assessor and fixed by the Board of
Equalization of said City for the fiscal year 1933-1934 is
7,958, 320.00, and

''EAS the City Council of said city of Hunting-
ton Beach find that the amount of money necessary to be
raised by taxation on property of said city as a revenue for
various departments of said city for the current fiscal
year and to pay bonded and other indebtedness of said city
are as follows, to-wit :

WHEREAS, a tax rate of one :Hundred and fifty (150)
cents upon each .one hundred dollars assessed value of the
property in the said city as assessed by the city assessor

and equalized by the city council sitting as a board of equali-
zation is sufficient to raise the amount of money so to be
necessary:
THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby resolved by the
city coancil of the city of Huntington Beach that the rate
of taxation for the said city of Huntington Beach for the
current fiscal year 1933-1934 be fixed at ONE HUNDREIP AHD
FIFTY (150) CENTS upon each one hundred dollars of said assess-
ment valuation of property in said city, the said rate to be
segregated as follows:
