A RESOLU'ION OF T111 ; CITY OF 1IM- 'INGTON

The City Council of the City of Huntington beach,
California, do resolve as follows:
Section 1: - That the City Engineer is hereby authorized
to employ, subject to the approval of the City Council, for service
in the Beach Pavilion, a Janitor, who shall receive a salary for
his services of not to exceed the sure of. $125:00
per month; a Cashier, who shall receive a salary of not to exceed
$90.00 per month
In addition thereto he shall employ from time to time, as needed,
not to exceed ten (10) at*:endants to perforr. Lervices in and about
said reach Pavilion. Said attendants shall be paid at an hourly
rate of not less than forty (40¢) cents per hour or more than
sixty (60 ) cents Per Lour,

Huntington Beach, California, at a regular adjourned
meeting; thereof held on the -19th • day of Kay, 1938.
