RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY tF JIUNTINGTON-BEACH, GALIFQR1(1A,
SETTTNO THE SALARIES bF CERTAIN• EMPLOYEES
OF' TH9 CITY OF"HUNTINGT'CO'N BEACH.
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, do resolve as follows;
Section l.; That the salary of the Deputy City Clerk
and ex-officio Deputy City Assessor shall be the sum of One
Hundred Sixty ($160.00) Dollars per month, beginning with the
month of July, 1938.
Section ,2; That laborers working in the Engineering
Department and Street Department shall receive the sum of
sixty-five (650 cents per hour, and Hugh Wells, gardener,
shall receive the sum of One Hundred Thirty-five 3135.00)
Dollars per month, commencing with the month of July, 1938.
PA56ED Aily ADOPTED by the- City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, by a vote of a majority of
its members at a regular adjourned meeting of said City Council
held on the lath day of July, 1939.
