THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPLMY WITHIN SAID
CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT
AND FILE:_ FOR RECORD DEED THT HEFOR
The City Counoll of the City of Huntington Beach.
California, do_ resolve as follows:
Section is That the City of Huntington Beach purer.
chase that certain piece or parcel of land situate in said
City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California)
I more particularly described as follows:
A triangular shaped parcel of land
described as f ollowes
Beginning at the Southeast '(SE) corner
of Lot 'Twenty (20) , in Black Five Hundred Your
(504). gain Street Section of Huntington Beach,
as per map recorded in Book 3,' Page 43 of
Miscellaneous Mapa, Records of orange County,
California- thence North 12.83 feet to a point
on the }East line of said Lot 20; thence South 7
091 100 West 41 87 feet to a point on the South
line of said Lot 20, thence East on said South
line 39.85 feet to the point at beginning:
for the sum of Two- Hundred Fifty ( 250.00) Dollars.
Seetlon 2: That ^. R. Purr, City Clerk of the City'
of Huntington Beach, is hereby authorized to consent to
accept said Deed covering said property for and on behalf of
the City of Huntington- Beach and to cause the same to be -re--
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a. regularly adjourned meeting
held on the 26th day of September,' 1938.
