CITY OF HUNTING"'ON BEACH, CALIF0RNIA,
SUBMITTING ITTING INITIATIVE ORDINANCE TO THE
VOTERS OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH,
CALIFORTTIA.
The City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, `California, do resolve as follows:
Section 1: That at the regular election
heretofore called to be field in the City g of Huntington
Beach, California, on Tuesday, April 14, 1942, there
shall be sub-itted to the voters of the City a certain
ordinance, a copy of which is attached hereto and des -
ignated as Exhibit `iAll , which ordinance was presented
to the City in connection Frith an initiative petition.
Said ordinance shall be submitted under the
folloi-ing proposition:
