The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do resolve as follows: That C. R. Purr, City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, California, is hereby authorized to consent and accept that certain Deed covering the hereinafter described property, for and on behalf of the City of Huntginton Beach, and to cause the same to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. Said property is described as follows: All that real proerty in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Parcel 1. The Northeasterly 30 feet of Block Four Hundred Twelve (412) of Hunt ingtorri Beach, Seventeenth Street Section, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Parcel 2; The Southeasterly 37* feet of Block Four Hundred Twelve (412) of Huntington Beach, Seventeenth Street Section, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
