RESOLUTION NO. 9�3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
SELLING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHOR-
IZING A DEED THEREFORE.
WHEREAS, at a. regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach held on November 1, 1943
certain-- lots were offerred for sale, and
WHEREAS, FRANCES G. MORGAN, a widow, bid the sum of
One Hundred Twenty-five ($125.00) Dollars, for Lot Twenty--
three (23) in Block Two Hundred Fourteen (214) of Huntington
Beach, as per map recorded in Book 3, page 36 of I!-.iscellaneous
Miaps, records of Orange County, California, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that it is for the
best interest of said City that said bid be accepted and
said property be sold and returned to the assessment role,
and
WHEREAS, said price offerred is just, fair and ad-
equate and is not disportionate to the market value of the
above described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach, California, that the above
described property be sold to FRANCES G. YiOROTAN, a widow,
free and clear of all encumbrances, except subject to
covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights
of way of record, if any, for the total sum of One Hundred
Twenty-five ($125.00) Dollars, and be it further resolved
that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized

to execute and deliver a Deed to said FRANCES G. MORGAN,
a widow, upon receipt of the consideration therefore.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, at a regularly adjourned
meeting thereof held on the day of November, 1943.
