RESOLUTION NO. q o5-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, SELLING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING A DEED
THEREFOR*
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Huntington Beach, held on the
I day of , 1944, certain lots
were offered P sale, and
WHEREAS, ARCH RILEY, bid the sum of Two
Hundred Forty—two and 22/100 ($242._22) Dollars for
Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Block Nine Hundred
One (901 ) of "Vista Del Mar Tract, Huntington Beach,
(Section One) ", as shorn on a Map recorded in Book
f 4, page 3 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that it is
for the best interest of said City that said bid be
accepted and said property be sold and returned to
the assessment role, and
WHEREAS, said price offered is just, fair
and adequate and is not disportionate to the market
value of the above described real property.
NOW THEREFORE, be' it resolved by the City
Council of the City of ,Huntington Beach, California,

that the above described property be and the same
Is hereby sold to ARCH RILEY, subject to ineumbrancess
covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, and
rights of way of record, if any, for the total sum of
Two Hundred Forty—two and 22/100 ( 242.22) Dollars,and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver a Deed to said ARCH RILEY upon the receipt
of the consideration therefor.
