ORNIA, SELLING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING A DEED THEREFOR.

WHEREAS; CECYLLE J. OLIVER, a widow2 bid the

Huntington 3eachy as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 4, page 3 of Miscellaneous Maps, records

for the best interest of saidCity that said bid-
becoo t d and said property be sold and returned
to the assessment rci 2 and
WHEREAS, said priceoffered is just, fair
and adequate and is not disporpo do ate to the market
value of the above described real property.
