The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do resolve as followsz WH3 EAS , there are 9 growing upon the follow- ing described streets and sidewalks and private property within the City of Huntington Beach, California, weeds which bear seeds of a wingy and downy natures and which attain and have attained PAa such .large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and which have become dry and are of such growth and density as to constitute a public nuis- ance and obstruct the public streets and sidewalks; NOW THEREFOREI BE IT RES LVEB5 that the said condition and the said weeds, all and singular, do constitute and are hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance ? and BE IT FURTHER RE-'.SOLVED, -that the Superintend- ent of Streets shall post conspicuously in front of the property on which such nuisance exists, at not more than one hundred (100) feet in distance apart s but not less than three in all, notices headed.
