FAIN STREET FROM TWELFTH STREET TO WESLEY AVENUE
ALL IN THE CITY OF HUNTING`iON BEACH, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS,, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of establish-
Ing the general prevailing rate of per then wages in this
locality for workmen needed for the construction and install-
ation of a combined reinforced concrete and vitrified clay
pipe storm drain with its appurtenances on Ocean Avenue,
Sixteenth, ,Seventeenth, Nineteenth & Twentieth Streets,
and Main Street from Twelfth Street to Wesley Avenue all in.
the City of Huntington Beach, and has considered evidence
presented.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach doss hereby find, establish:
and determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages in this locality for workmen needed for the construction
d Installation of a combined reinforced concrete andvitri-
fied cl.ay pipe storm drain with its appurtenances on Ocean
Avenue, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Nineteenth. and Twentieth
Streets, and Main Street from Twelfth Street to Wesley
Avenue, all in the City of Huntington Beach, and the general
prevailing rate of legal holiday and overtime work, is as
