The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do resolve as follows: That all taxes and assessments levied prior to the 16th day of Mai, 1949, are hereby cancelled upon the following described property: That certain real property situate, lying and being in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Two Hundred .Fifteen (215' of Huntington Beach Tract, as per map thereof recorded in :Book 3, page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps , records of Orange County, California, and Lots Thirty (30) , Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-taro (32) in Block Two Hundred Two (202) of Vista Del Mar Tract, Section Two, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 5 of Miscellaneous Maps , Records of Orange County, California, and Lots Thirty (30) , Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two 32) in Block Ten Hundred Two (1002) of Vista Del Liar Tract, Section One, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, �a ge 3 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California , and Reso. 1.084 Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) and Four (4) in Block right Hundred Twelve (812) of Wesley Park Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maas , Records of Orange County, California.
