A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA�
ACCEPTING DEED TO CERTAIN PROPERTY AiD
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING OF SAID DEED.
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, does resolve as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, hereby accepts that certain deed from HUNTINGTON
BEACH COMPANY, a corporation, and STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF
CALIFORNIA, a corporation, to the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH,
a municipal corporation, covering property hereinafter
described; and John L. Henricksen, City Clerk, is hereby
authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California. Said property being described as follows:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County
of Orange, State of California, and bounded and
particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of
17th Street as shown on the map of Tract No. 12,
recorded in 9/13 Miscellaneous Maps, Orange County
with the westerly line of the Southern Pacific Railway
Company's R/W as shown on said map; thence West along
the North line of 17th Street 203.95 feet; thence
North 480 41' West along a line 70 feet northeasterly
from and parallel to the Northeasterly line of Block
2001 of said Tract No. 12, 91.60 feet; thence South
730 10' 23" East *+.60 feet; thence North 820 20' l5"
East 222.47 feet to a point in the Westerly line of
the Southern Pacific Railway Company's R/W and thence
southerly along said R/W 74.33 feet to the point of
beginning;
Subject to rights-of-way, easements, and other matters
appearing of record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City

Resolution was passed and adapted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
