A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING RIGHT OF WAY DEED TO CERTAIN
PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING OF SAID DEED.
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, does resolve as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California, hereby accepts that certain right-of-
way deed for street purposes from T. B. TALBERT and
MARGARET E. TALBERT to the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a
municipal corporation, covering property hereinafter
described, and John L. Henricksen, City Clerk, is hereby
authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California. Said property being described as follows:
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width and
being thirty (30) feet on each side of the
center line, which center line is described
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
center line of Huntington Avenue with the center
line of Atlanta Street as said streets are shown
on the Map of Vista Del Mar Tract, Section Three,
recorded in Book 4 page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange aounty, California- thence
Southerly along the .Southerly extension of the
center line of Huntington Avenue (said Southerly
extended center line being the West line of the
East half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section Fourteen, Township Six South,
Range Eleven West, S.B.B.& M. ) 1320 feet, more
or less, to a point in the South line of the
Itorthwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
said Section Fourteen.

of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 17th day of July, 19

I, JOHN L. HENRICKSEN, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
Resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the i.� day of July,
1950, by the following vote:
