RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED TO CERTAIN
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY PURPOSES,
AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING OF
SAID DEED.
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, does resolve as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, hereby accepts that certain right-of-way deed
for public highway purposes from T. B. Talbert and Margaret
E. Talbert, his wife, to City of Huntington Beach, a mun-

icipal corporation, said deed being dated September-�da
1950; and John L. Henricksen, City Clerk, is hereby author-
ized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting _
thereof held on the ltth-- day of December , 1950.

I, JOHN L. HENRICKSEN, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Coun-
cil of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the fore-
going Resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said
City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the
4th day of December, , 1950, by the follow-
ing vote:
