A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH SETTING
THE SALARIES FOR OFFICERS ELECTED AT
THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF APRIL 13 , 1954.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, that the salaries for the
officers elected at the municipal election of April 13 , 195+1
shall be as follows:
Chief of Police, salary as set forth in bracket "B" ,
Section 1447 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
City Attorney, salary as set forth in bracket"D" ,
Section 1445 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. The
City Attorney may appoint a park-time secretary whose
compensation shall not exceed the sum of $75.00 per month.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 18t day of March , 1951+.

I, JOHN L. HENRICKSEN, the duly elected, qualified
and acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and
ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3,st day of
March , 19 51+, by the following vote:
