A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO VACATE A PORTION OF BUSHARD STREET IN SAID CITY AND GIVING NOTICE OF A HEARING ON SAID VACATION 46 WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach has re-routed a portion of Bushard Street at its intersection with Wright Street in the City of Huntington Beach; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to vacate the said portion of Bushard Street as hereinafter described: NOd THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, does resolve, determine and declare as follows: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does .hereby declare its intention to vacate a Portion of Bushard Street within the City of Huntington r Beach described as follows: A parcel of land in the City of Huntington Beach, Orange County, California, described as: That portion of Bushard Street as described in a Deed to the County of Orange recorded in Book 1039, page 414, Official Records of Orange County, lying mrtherly of Parcel I and Southerly of Parcel II as said parcels are described in a Deed to the County of Orange recorded in Book 2551, pages 301 and 302, Official Records of • Orange County, California. -1- Reso• 1222 For further particulars reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city. Section 2: That notice is hereby given that the 7th day of September , 1954, at the hour of 8.,00 o'clock P.M. , in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, Huntington Beach, California, is the time and place when and where a public hearing shall be held upon said resolution of in- tention to vacate said above described portion of Bushard Street, at which hearing all persons interested in or ob- jecting to the proposed vacation may be heard. Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this resolution of intention to be published in the Huntington Beach News, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of * Huntington Beach, by one insertion prior to the hearing set forth in Section 2 hereof. Section 4: The City Council of the City of Hunting- ton Beach does hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 in the vacating of a portion. of Bushard Street as above described.
