OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BlEACH TO VACATE
PORTION OF BUSHAIRD ST eM IN SAID CITY AND

14HERLHAS , the City of Huntington. Beach has re-routed
a portion of Bushard Street at its intersection with Wright
Street in the City of Huntington Beach; and
WHEREAS , the City Council desires to vacate the said
portion of Bushard Street as hereinafter described:
NOW TH 'iFOIFI ;, the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, does resolve, determine and
declare as follows:
Section. 1: That the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach does hereby declare its intention to vacate
a portion of Bushard Street within the City of Huntington
Beach described as follows :
.A parcel of land in the City of Huntington Beach,
Orange County, California, described as:
That portion of Bushard Street as described in
a Deed to the County of Grange recorded in Book
'039, page 411+ Official. Records of Orange County,
lying northerly of Parcel I and Southerly of
Parcel IT as said parcels are described in. a
Deed to the County of Orange recorded in. Book
2551, pages '01 and J02, Official Records of
Orange County, California..

For further particulars reference is hereby made to
a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city-
Section ?: That the City Council does hereby determine
that the public convenience and necessity requires the reser-
vation of easements and rights 'of way for structures enumer-
ated in Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code and
that the proceedings herein are taken subject to such reser-
vations and exceptions .
Section 3: That notice is :Hereby given that the 3rd
day of January, 1955, at the hour of 8 a 00 o'clock P.M. , in
the Council Chamber in the City Hail, Huntington beach,
California, is the time and place when and where a public
hearing shall be held upon said resolution of intention to
vacate said above described portion. of Bushard Street, at
which hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation may be heard .
Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause a copy of this resolution of intention to
be published in the Huntington Beach News , a newspaper of
general circulation printed and published, in the City of
Huntington Beach, by one insertion prior to the hearing
set forth in Section. 3 hereof.

Section 6: The Street Superintendent is hereby author-

PASSED AND .ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 6 day of =ecebers 1954.
