From Harry D. Granas to City of • Huntington Beach, a municipal corporation, said Deed being dated April 12, 1955, covering property being described as follows: The west 10 feet of Lot 11 Block 1802, Tract No. 12 of Huntington Beach, Paga per map M k Miscellaneous Maps 9, e 13 of in the office of the County Recorder County of Orange, California, Deed No. 2.
