INT EAST OF a' r CITY IN PROP'E�RTY IF BLOCK 417, SLV`ENTEEKTH ST3EFvT ECTION. ` ETEF A, S, the City of -Huntington reach acquired the real property described as: Block 417, Seventeenth Street Section, of the City ofiuntin.gton Beach, as Der map recorded in Book 4, Page 10, 1yii see llaneous ,Laps , Records of Orange County, California, subject to a covenant running vtith the land that said prop- erty be used as a public park and for no other purposes, other'vise the title would revert to and be vested in the G'_mntor who would be entitled to irmediate Dossession thereof; and I' RRF;AS, it is believed that said Proper overlies valuable deposits of hydrocarbons and producing wells have been drilled in the vicinity of said property and other e%rells may be drilled near thereto, all of which wells may be draining oil and -as from beneath said property; and SAS, the City has been presented a Droposal to join with the owner of the rights of re-entry and reversion i 1.
