The City Council of the City of Huntington. Beach do resole as follows: That at the General Municipal Election, to be held in the City of Huntington Beach on April. 81 19587 there shall.. be submitted to the qualified electors of said City a prop- osition to adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 402, whi6h ordinance has been codified as Section, 1241, of the untington Beach Ordinance Code , to make the office of City Attorney an appointive office. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ordinance so submitted to the voters, shall be in words and figures as follows: ORDINANCE No AN ORDINANC.? The People of the City of Huntington Beach do ordain as follows: Section. 1.
