Watchmen shall also receive time and one-half for holidays, except where a holiday falls on the 7th consecutive day worked, which shaldl be double time, IABO - Time and one-half, except Sundays and Holidays., Ihich are double time. TEAMSTERS - Time and cane-half except Sundays and Holidays, which are double time, except in Kern, Inyo and Mono Counties where the overtime rate is time and one-half for all overtime. FCREWN: All foremen not herein separately classified shall be paid not less than 25 cents per hoar more than, the hourly rate of the highest classification over which he has supervision. APPRENTICES: May be employed in conformity with Section 1777*5 of the California Tabor Code. The rates per hour indicated above are based upon the local prevailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour. Hourly rates of pay, based upon eight hours per dap for a. full dap or a fractional part of a day. The per diem wages for a fractional part of a day shall be the applicable rate per hour multi- plied by the number of hogs worked on said day other than for overtime anal/or Sundays or Legal Holidays. Passed and adopted, by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of Febraary 1958.
