P a:KING DISTRICT NO. 1 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, that aHER.RkS, a verified petition for the acquisition and improvement of certain parking places within the proposed Parking District No. 11, therein more particularly described, has been circulated and filed in the office of the City Clerk; and 11—HE M S, the City Clerk and City Engineer have examined said petition and have certified to this Council that said petition is signed by the requisite number of qualified signers and is sufficient, �OW1 THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED and ORDE.11110D, as follows: 1 . That the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and the City Council hereby agrees, that; paring meters be continued to be maintained on public ways within the district as proposed in said petition. 2. That the petition and all the terms contained therein be, and the same are hereby approved. 3,. That the City Engineer of the City of Huntington Preach be, and he is hereby directed. to make and file with the City —I- peso„ No. 1356 Council a report showing the following: (a) An estimate of the costs of the acquisitions and improvements proposed by the petition, and of the incidental expenses in connection therewith, and of the proceedings tberefor. (b) An estimate of the annual revenues which can be expected to be derived from the operation of the proposed parking places, and of the annual expenses of operating and maintaining the parking places exclusive of principal and interest on the bonds to be issued. (c) An estimate of the annual net revenues which can be expected to be derived from the parking meters, the revenues from which are by the Petition proposed to be pledged to any of the purposes specified in this part. (d) The total assessed value of the real property within the proposed district as shown on the last equalized assessment roll. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington each, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the -19th day of January 1959. HMUCKSW, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council at a regular beeting thereof held on the -19th, day :of lanuary 1959, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen: Lambert, Bryant, Waite, Irby.
