NIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Peach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of e stabli ng the general prevailing rate of hourly wages in this locality for workmen needed in the construction and plat mimed: surfacing of a. Where operating Engineers, during any one calendar day are €�orl�ing o�rertime on trse same unit of a project on Which another craft is working overtime at the double time rate, then. the Operating Engineers on such unit of -work shall also be paid at the double time rate, A unit of the project means any single building, facility, utility, or any other single structure w l-dch is independent of any other unit of the project. The operating of a crushing plant for stock pike and the sex-.-icing,, repairing, and maintenance of equipment on a project shall be at time and one-half, except in the following two instances: 1. Sundays and Holidays. 2. Where the equipment operator is repairing his equipment on a unit of the project where double time is being paid in that calendar day, When. the Operating :engineer is working on a project as on integral part of a crew wheeze another craft is receiving over- time pay by virtue of a holiday not specified in the Master Resolution No. 1376 labor Agreement,ent, there the Operating Engineer shall receive the same overtime rate as the other craft.
