THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: WfUaWAS, under date of July 21st, 1959s the Remington Rand Business Services Division recommended after a detailed survey was made, that certain specified public records be destroyed, and said records identified as follows.. No. 1394 conditions, and all of said conditions have been duly complied with, and AREAS, the City Attorney and all other department heads of the City of Huntington Beach have given their written consent and approval to the destruction of said records; NOWO THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: SECTION is That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to destroy- those certain records specified in his co*unication addressed to the City Council dated September 21st, 1959• SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach shall certify to the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and there- after the same shall be in full force and effect.
