Forty (40) hours betv+een 11"onday 8 A.Y. and Friday, 5 P.Y., stall constitute a week's work at straight time. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours per day of forty (4.0) hours per tiveek or on Holidays and Sundays shall be paid for at the rate for overtime of the craft involved. It. Holidays as herein referred to shall be deemed to be Thew Year's Day, Decoration Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanks F.ivin;.g Day and Christmas. If any of the above holidays fall on Sunday, the T,_onday follo—wink shall be considered a legal holiday. 5, CARPENTERS - Double tir;Le for all overti�,e. CEMENT ASOE - Time and one-half for the first three hours after the regularly constituted strai nt-time shift, and all other overtime shall be double time. ,ATCrTM�j- Time and one-half for all ti�:.e worked in excess of eight (b) hours per day and for the sixth consecutive day worked; double time .for the seventh consecutive day worked. oi4tchmen shall also receive time and one-half for holidays, except .there a holiday falls on the 7th consecutive day i.,orked, which shall be double time. FORE'vE - All foremen not herein separately classified shall be paid not less than 25 cents per hour more than the hourly rate of the highest classification over which he has supervision. APPRENTICES - May be employed i.Li conformity with Section 1777.5 of the California Labor Code.
