OVERMYER XWRIAL MUNICIPAL RESER- VOIR IN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF- ORNIA. WHMEAS., the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of constructing the Harry A. Overmyer Memorial Municipal Reservoir in the City of Huntington Beach, and has considered evidence presented. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby find, establish and determine that the general prevailing rate of hourly wages in this locality for workmen needed in the construction of the Harry A. Carpenters Overtime Rates: Double time for all overtime except for Pile Driver Men - Bridge or Dock Carpenters on tide Work. Health and Welfare: 10¢ per hour Pension: 100 per hoar 3' Resolution No. 1414 Overtime Rates Cement Masons Overtime Rates: Time and one-half for the first three hours after the regularly constituted straight-time shift, and all other overtime shall be double time. Health and Welfare: 20¢ per hour Engineers Overtime: Time and one-half for all overtime, except Sundays and HoUdays, which are double time. Health and Welfare: 15# per hour Ironworkers Overtime and Holidays: Double time shall be apid for any and all work in excess of eight hours on any regular work day and for all time worked on Saturdays, Sundays and recognized holidays. No work shall be performed on Labor Day except to save life and property. Welfare: .125 per hour Pension: lO¢ per hour Iaborers Overtime: Time and one-half, except Sundays and holidays which are double time. Health and Welfare: lO¢ per hour Teamsters Overtime: Time and one-half, except Sundays and. Holidays, which are double time. Health and Welfare: lO# per hour Apprentices - May be employed in conformity with Section 1777.5 of the California Iebor Code. fit• (} l9 Resolution No. 1414 The rate of compensation for any classification not listed in the schedule, but Yb ich may be required to execute the proposed contract, shall be commensurate and in accord with the rates specified for similar or comparable duties. The rates per hour indicated above are based upon the local prevailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour. Hourly rates of pay, based upon eight hours per day for a full day or a fractional part of a day. The per diem gages for a fractional part of a day shall be the applicable rate per hour multiplied by the muber of hours worked on said day other than for overtime and/or Sundays or Legal Holidays.
