The rates per hour, indicated above are based upon the local prevailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour* hourly rates of pays based upon eight hours per day for a full day or a fractional part of a day. The per diem gages of a fractional part of a day shall be the applicable rate per hour multiplied by the number of hours worked on said day other than for overtime and/or Sundays or Iega1 Holidays.
