HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 1500 RESOLUTION NO. 1500 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUNT-LGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING THE GENERAL PREVAILING HOURLY 'IJAGES FOR EACH CRAFT OR TYPE OF WOMAN OR MECHANIC NEEDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SANITARY STYVERS IN GARFIELD AVENUE FROIA BEACH BOULEVARD TO 310 FEET EAST OF GREGORY LAIv'E, AIM IN YORKTO N AVENUE FROM BEACH BOULEVARD TO 730 FEET EASTERLY, IN THE CITY OF HUNTI''NGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of establishing sanitary sewers on Garfield Avenue from Beach Boulevard to 310 feet east of Gregory Lane, and in Yorktown Avenue from Beach Boulevard to 730 feet easterly, in the City of Huntington Beach, and has considered evidence presented. OVER.TDM RATES LABORERS Time and one-half, except Sundays and Holidays, which are double time. OPERATING ENGINEERS - Time and one-half for all overtime, except Sundays and Holidays, which are double time. Where Operating Engineers, during any one calendar day, are working overtime on the same unit of a project on which another craft is working overtime at the double time rate, then the Operating Engineers on such unit of work shall also be paid at the double time rate. TEAMSTERS - Time and one-half except Sundays and Holidays, which are double time. The rates per hour indicated above are based upon the local prevailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour. Hourly rates of pay, based upon eight hours per day for a full day or a fractional part of a day.
