A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DESIGNATING
NEWSPAPER IN THE WARNER AVENUE IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6101
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California in regular session assembled
this 17th day of July, 1961 that THE HUNTINGTON BEACH NEWS ,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City of
Huntington Beach, be and the same is hereby designated as
the newspaper in which shall be published all notices,
resolutions , orders or other matters required to be published
in connection with the proceedings to be had and taken for the
doing of the work and improvements necessary in the con-
struction and installation of the improvements proposed to be
done in the Warner Avenue Improvement District, Assessment
District No. 6101 in said City of Huntington Beach, Calif-
ornia.
ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 17th day of July, 1961.

I, PAUL C. JONES , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of July,
1961 , by the following vote:
