A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING CITY OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE PREPARATION AND APPROVAL OF THE
ANNUAL STREET REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, that the Annual Street
Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California will be prepared by the
City Clerk-Auditor and City Engineer of the City of
Huntington Beach, and will be signed by the Mayor of said
City, and attested to by the City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 2nd day of October, 1961.

It PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote
of more than a majority of all the members of said City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day
of October, 1961, by the following vote:
