Vff EREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of establishing sanitary sewers in Beach Boulevard from Slater Avenue to Ellis Avenue, in the Cit r of Huntington Beach, and has considered evidence presented. OVERTIME RATES LABORERS - Time and one-half, except Sundays and Holidays, which are double time. OPERATIi G ETA?GINLMS - Time and one-half for all overtime, except Sundays and 'Holidays, which are double time. 71here Operating Engineers, during any one calendar day, are working overtime on the same unit of a project on which another craft is workdng overtime at the double time rate, then the Operating Engineers on such unit of i,-Jork shall also be paid at the double time rate. TEA-11STERS - Time and one half except Sundays and. Holidays, which are doi.ible time. The rates per hour indicated above are based upon the local prevailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour. Hourly rates of pay, based upon eight hours per day for a full day or a fractional part of a day. The per diem wages for a fractional part of a day shall be the applicable rate per hour multiplied by the number of hours worked on said day other than for overtime and/or Sundays or Legal Holidays. 4 Resolution No. 1535 Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California at a regular rneeti nr thereof held on the 20th day of November 1961.
