A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
REVOKING TRACT NO, 1916
WHEREAS, the Subdivider of Tract No'. 1916 has ex-
pressed a desire to return said Tract to acreage; and
WHEREAS, Sections 11640 and 11641 of the Business
and Professions Code permits the Governing Body of the City
having jurisdiction of the land to make the requested rey-
ocation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hear-
ing on this matter on March 19, 1962, as required by Section
11640 of the Business and Professions Code; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no protests were
made; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach have found that it is in the
best interest of the City that Tract No. 1916 be revoked.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting there-
of held on the 19t day of March, 1962.

I, PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the fore-
going resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said
City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the l9b day
of March, 1962, by the following vote:
