A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDERING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN
THE WASHINGTON AVENUE-PATTERSON , WAY
ASSESSMENT_DISTRICT$ ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 6201
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Huntington Beach, California in regular session assembled
this 18th day of June, 1962 that the City Engineer be,
and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the proposed construction and in-
stallation of a sanitary sewer system with house connections,
appurtenances and appurtenant work, in;
1. Patterson Way from its intersection with
Ellis Street to its Northerly terminus;
2. La Palma Street from its intersection with
Patterson Way to its Easterly terminus;
3. Lyndon Street from its intersection with
Warner Avenue to a point in Lyndon Street
420 feet North of Warner Avenue;
4. Washington Avenue from its intersection
with Lyndon Street to its intersection with
the public alley 520 feet East thereof;
5. Warner Avenue from its intersection
with the Pacific Electric Railway Company
right of way to its intersection with the
public alley 650 feet East thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Engineer be
and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare a careful
estimate of the cost and expense of such work, and a plat or

map of the proposed assessment district.

I, PAUL C. JONES , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of June,
1962, by the following vote:
